hallo guyz my compter wont pass the the bootscreen point it shows the blue screen then restart i want 2 restore to a previous what i fear is will lose my rencent files like movies and pics * +

this guy is a lier! These new OS r so improvd to such an extend dat wen u get a blue screen it automatically fix all da errors. I dont blv him. Im on win7 also. * +

after you switch on your PC keep tapping your F8 key. A menu will show up, choose boot in safe mode with command prompt (or something with command prompt). When you are at the command prompt, type chkdsk /r. let chkdsk run after that see if its fixed. * +

and if you can't boot up the command prompt, insert your Windows disk and boot from the disk. Once there, go to the recovery console and run chkdsk c: /r. *
