you have a quad and a 96gt rite? if your looking for a psu then 450 watts to 650watts will give you plenty of wiggle room to add new drives you will need a 450watt minimum to run a 98gt wich would be an ok upgrade. remember the closer you can get to the efficentcey rating of the psu the better. so banging in a 950watt when you only need 400 max means yer psu wont be running efficently. * +

Ive read the pcf0rmat review 0n green c0mputing. And ive w0ndered bout the efficiency, my thoughts were right then. So im wasting al0t 0f power in that case. Thanx jay. Im lo0king at g gtx card 0r ati 5 series. But im n0 fan 0f the red c0mpany. Green is go and red is stop. So i go with nvidia * +

that's interesting, you saying it's a bad thing to have to much power? is it the case that it just ends up been a waste of power, or is it that it is physicaly not good for the computer? * +
