Yeah there's a list of reasons why they fake it. Its stuff out the makers like thermalake and others control because in the end of the day they don't sell it to the actual buying customer like u and me. There's always a scaly middleman in the mix lol * +

I bought fihamatsu psu 1200w for cheap lol made in taiwan you can imagine how long they last smacked a burglar with it the other day it had a 100 percent eff rating for that lol * +
