mines good but when i tried some they were slow this mediacoder one was the one i found fast i can convert a hour long film in just 12mins * +

to mp4 its generally fast becoz its lower bit rates normally. Have you measured it yet by converting it to a higher quality divx * +

well ive set the fps to original and video bitrate to 512kbps and audio 128kbps and screensize 480x320 its for my ipod touch i did it before but the lips was out of sync whats the best settings to use for ipod touch without losing the quality but keeping the size low * +
