Some problem is happened with the dell laptop. The problem is that is driver which comes out and we put cd is not working. Even by pressing key it doesn't come. I had tried inserting a pin it opens but when i put any cd and close it doesn't load the cd. Any solution * +

Actually its not cd driver its a dvd driver * +

looks like it has no power. Take it to someone who knows lappys and let him open it up for you. You can do it yourself but if you dnt know much about pc's do wot i said * +

U should buy a new Dvd-rom drive! * +

Go onto device manager on the control panel and right click the dvd drive, check that it's installed and update the drivers. *
