i know how to clone a hard drive, but is it possible just to clone a partition, the reason why i ask is the install disks are on the h/drive in laptop, want to clone just this partion to a partion on my extarnal h/drive, the software i have trys to clone the whole drive, just curious as it would come in handy if the laptop drive failed and the recovery disks where ever scratched etc and failed to * +
