I cant c my external storejet hdd in win explo bt if i run the storejet formater it shows that it thier. I wnt 2 format it bt i advice on what software i cn use 2 get my data back or anythng i cn do 2 view it. * +

Plug it into another usb slot. Use the ones at the back and go into services and see if ur plug and play service is running * +
