Yeah the 1 tb one can always be cut up into partitions placing ur os on the first one and the rest of the others for data storage. every partition is 10 percent slower than one before but it doesnt matter if its used for data storage music movies etc. U wont loose speed coz ur oz is on the first one which is the outer platters of the drive. *
