I think he wants software to remove vocals from MP3s and then be able to add the vocals to another MP3 that has had its vocals removed.... Maybe. * +

You will need two files for each song to do that, the Instrumental which would be the riddm of the track and the Acappella which is the lyrics/vocals. if you're lucky you might just find them by searching Artist Name:Track Name: Instrumental/Accapella * +

If you want to just mix tracks together use Audacity you can also trim, add effects and other stuff plus it's free * +
