anybody use this site? i keep having problems with it. was running fine for a long time. now it keeps giving gateway error, every so often it works for one download. then gives gateway error again. now it's totally offline. * +

not used it, what error does it give? 403,404,405? 503 or 505? it may also be your isp blocking it if its a p2p site. * +

ah its a rapidsher host. yeah your gonna have problems because rapidshare are going after them kinds of sites. * +

yes it's error 502, seems everytime i start using something it comes to an end shortly afterwards. i'll check out torrent freak soon * +

502 normaly means the site is under maintinace or over loaded. * +

This usually does not mean that the upstream server is down (no response to the gateway/proxy), but rather that the upstream server and the gateway/proxy do not agree on the protocol for exchanging data. Given that Internet protocols are quite clear, it often means that one or both machines have been incorrectly or incompletely programmed. * +

so it could be during maintinace sum1 has delteted something or moved something and now the server is just erroring... best try another rapidshare host. the chances are they will host the files as they all lead back to rapid accounts anyway. * +
