My friend often gets the error that she can not sign out of hotmail. What could be the problem? * +

Probably a server problem or a script of hotmail may be malfunctioning at her network . * +

a couple of reasons. either the account is lcoed out by sum1 hacking it, or a bad script failing to execute. * +

She is using the same network and modem as myself and I do not have these problems. * +

Ok then try cleaning the junk files using ccleaners and deleting all the history of web browser on her pc.
