I seen a easy cap on max tv for 20 pound was thinking of getting 1 but dont know if it works on vista or 7 they show it on a laptop with xp * +

Jason, I can't remember why, but I decided against Easycap, I paid 28 for the Compro Videomate, the USB one... Works fine on windows 7. * +

i take it the usb one's work just as well as pci? which is faster? i'm actualy going to do the converting of the video's for my sister. got to do a whole load of them. about 20 i think. she's offered to buy the card. dont want to grab the most expensive one i can find though, but also dont want to end up with one that cant handle the job properly * +

the computer shops here are not very helpful. they tried to sell me a really cr*p graphics card the last time i was there, if it were not for jay.mack, i would have most probably ended up getting it. thought it better to check first here with people that do use them *
