system restore isnt the preferred option . it will require you to reinstall all the things again after the restore point . use the reg file i gave you * +

or right click on the desktop then select peronalize , then select change dektop icons tick the box the says recycle bin finally click apply * +

have you tried to remove the recycle bin icon in windows 7 ? no you havnt thats why i have reg files to do it * +
