unistaled webcam101 drivers..installed youcam..msg saying no device available.... reinstall webcam 101 and youcam tells me it cant connect to device?!?!?! soz to be a pest this is soooo infuriating.... do you mean uninstall or disable driver???? appreciate your patience * +

uninstall the drivers and reboot the machine. windows should install fresh 1s, if not or it fails the install make sure they are uninstalled and run the youcam installer, that may contain the drivers you need. again if that fails try running setup as admin . if that fails then get all available 64bit drivers and run them in compatability mode to see if they instal. * +

Got same problem.and when driver is instaled it givs error code 10 what does it mean? * +

code 10 is a none descriptive error meaning windows dosent know why the device has not started. it could be down to a bad connection to the hardware, it could be the driver dosent support a feature of the hardware, or a service it relys on wont start... with a cam it could be broken hardware also. if normal solutions fail then its ti,e to email support from the manyfacturer. * +
