We have intel who tryin to get rid of gpu with their Larabee ideas. Then Nvidia who wants to go otherway around to start phasing out the cpu. Amd is stuck in the middle. You think they might have a advantage in future by balancing out the job of the cpu and gpu so they can work in harmony together? Your point view please. And mine is no statement its just a point of view thx * +

i have no view on it as there all reasonable solutions if implimented in the rite hardware and set to the rite tasks. the nvidia cards have been setup in a 7 way sli config and used as a bone scanner in a hospital, giving 4times the resilution of a full size super computer in a box that can be carried around. * +

intels onboard intregrated solution will bring more power to notebooks, netbooks and any other hand held device, while amd will keep plugging away at the budget side of gaming pc's forcing the competition to reduce pricing to stay competative. so there all good. *
