if you have an AGP card at the moment, than yes, if you don't know, read on the board next to each slot until you AGP or PCI-E. If it says AGP than yeah. * +

the mx440 come in agp and pci (Note not PCI-E) and used an expansion slot, but i would assume you got the AGP card, so would say yes * +

i had a 6600 years ago, loved that card, it played STALKER too which was decent. mine was made by Gigabyte and it was PCI-E *
