i went to encode a mkv movie using convertxtodvd 4 it went through the process burnt 2 dvd disc but it wont play on pc or dvd player what could be the problem i have toched no settings on the convertxtodvd 4 , when i put the disc in the drive n try and access the disc , E: is not accesible incorrect function * +

it could be it was a failed burn . you havnt changed anything like brand of disks ? did convertx delete the folder after burn ? * +

nope not changed brand it was set too delete folder after burn in oroginal settings * +

try another burn . get the folder back out the recycle bin . make sure the drive is selected properly in settings * +

also check burning is enabled . right click disc drive * +

the dvd region wasnt set i set too uk maybe that was the prob yet wen i encode avi's on nero there oki cud that o bn the prob will try another encode n see .cheers 4 ur help again get back too u asap * +
