hi..i brought a sony vaio laptop with preinstalled windows 7.. i as wondering how i would go about reformating this as i dint get any windows cd with it or anything. x * +

I remember the days when computers came with not only the windows disc but discs for all the individual components as well, graphics and sound card etc. Those were the days! * +

Computers still come with Driver CD's and also Windows disks. Not original Windows disks as you'd buy from a store but one's like Windows starters with 'Sony' written on them and stuff. But another thing is some companies don't give their customers anything, you must insist on getting your disks for it. It's your right to have those disks. You have license for that Windows so claim for the disk. * +
