Try to use the latest version of pc suite eg nokia pc suite 7 when u connect ur phone try 2 use usb cable which will display the 3 option choose Nokia automatically ur phone will b installed go to network connection u will c ur phone start dial up there u will be connected think this will be helpful * +

Go to ur phone provider and download the pc suite coz without that u cant connect without drivers * +

If both ur phone and pc has a funtional bluetooth device, then it would be very easy to connect ur phone without using pcsuite. Just turn on the bluetooth device of ur phone and computer, make sure the two are detectable (i.e allow the two to be detected), pair the two devices, enter the APN of ur network operator, then u're good to go. Works 4 all phones! *
