im on a free trial, i just done the updates that went ok, but when i click on norton insight there were some untrusted files saying scan needed, so i done the scan and went ok, but there are still untrusted files that i dont know how to get rid of them,, any help would be great,, thanks in advance,,,,,,,,, * +

quarentine them, norton will then send the files back to the labs to be analised. then you will get a message via nortons interface whether the files are safe or not, it will take anything from 1 hour to 1 week normaly * +

you really need to stop using norton and go to pc world and buy kaspersky internet security . 2010 with 3 licences is only 15 quid * +

but saying as your on a trial then you should look here at kaspersky http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/antivirus-security/740_7131_70158_xx_xx/xx-criteria.html well worth it for a years full protection thats better than 99.9 percent of other antiviruses. * +

also that version on sale WONT work on win 7 so if you buy it come back here for a link to correct version . dont try to install that version on the disk on windows 7 * +
