Subject: FORMATTING pc?

Once a year. I had four format this year. From xp sp2 to win7 to xp sp3 to win7 again. Wont be further formating if I dont get problem. Know its just a pain. If we maintain windows regularly with softwares like tuneup utilities ccleaner disk fragmenting i dont think you should get error or slow down atleast for a year. Last year had 5 format i.e of vista win 7 beta xp linux * +

My pc is fine but my dads defo needs formatting. The only way 2 format is by running the windows disk yea? Coz he doesnt have one and doesnt care enough 2 buy one the muppet lol *
