completely reinstall windows and reformat to two partitons.use the nonsystem partition for data and the other for windows so if you have to reinstall,you ll keep all files on the other partition,it can be even programs,most will not require reinstallation... don't try repairs and restores,you re likely to f up your system even further cause its only temporary.during reinstallation choose slow ntfs * +

format to avoid any further problems such as bsod on reinstall and other problems.reinstallation will restore windows to original state and remove any malware on system level.from here,you can make few batch files for manual one click backup of all files and settings *
