no such thing exists lol, if it cannot format its time is most likely up. you can try some zero fill utilities, but i doubt a standard format will do it, and even if a zero fill works chances are its on its way out anyway. * +

goto the manufacturers website and download the utility tool u'll be able to do tests on ur drive and format it *
