not much 64bit uses more ram because it uses 64bit addressing. * +

you will get midrange gaming performance no matter what o.s. you use as you have midrange hardware. although some would say it minimum spec for todays games. * +

it would be a very small boost, but that would depend on the game or the application being used. oon some programs yes on other no. it depends on how well they are optomised for 30 or 64 bit. * +
