I am using a neighbours open wifi network(they dont know). But somehow the websites wont open, but strangely torrent download works through bittorrent. It was all fine before. What might be the problem? * +

try and reboot the router remotely. Then check your DNS settings on your PC. If someone has left a wifi connection open they might want other people to use it. And if not, it's their own fault they are so careless. * +
