pctv but you need a decent connection, say 3.5g about 3Mbps most stream come in between 700kbps and 1.5Mbps so 3Mbps will just cover your needs but will have high latencey and will pause and buffer quite a lot. * +

theres a couple of ways to do it. dvb-t cards, dvb-s cards and dvd-s2, they can be had in various formats from a usb dongle to a pci-e card. id recomend a card... the dvd-s are satalite while the T is terestrial digital. * +
