a freind dropped her fujitsu siemens amilo li 2727 upto me as it wont switch on ive the same model of laptop changed my battrey out for mine and nothing poped her battery back in when i put the charger in the light comes on showing its taking a charge but wont start full stop any ideas its 1 gig of ram running windows vista home basic * +

oh and btw i have tryed just running it with the battey out and just off the mains and it wont start up what so ever no lights no nothing only light that shows is when the battrey is in showing its charging * +

reset your bios. remove the battery and hold the power on button for a few seconds. had the same problem with a Sony and a mecer notebook *
