there may be a loose pin on either the front or back (back connects to M'board). * +

pxe is preboot execution enviroment, basically ur comp is trying to boot from the network card, and failing as u have no pxe server, or in ur xase no ethernet cable even plugged in lol. ok enougth useless background info, check your boot order in BIOS , check ur hard drive is seated and installed correctly and has not died *
