Does anyone know of an application that you can have on your pc that can lock the functions of the pc? Sort of like how on your mobile you can lock the keypad? Well basically a similar device that will allow me to be downloading things but have the privacy ability of a lock code. I know that is quite an odd request but if you guys have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. * +

@Saif7 when i try to shut down it only gives me the option to turn off or restart.

Oh then its on win7 , u can make one gust account and chose to lock features. * +

If you have windows xp just press ctrl L . hint : you must have password protected login enabled . * +
