Set admin password, Set screensaver. Thn set time limit.. And voila, pc will lock. * +

i pretty sure xp has the lock. vista and 7 definetly have it. In the old days people used passwords on screensaver to do the job. flag+L or ctrl+alt+del. Lock should also be visible in the start menu if in-non classic mode. * +

Put the ask for passwrd when screensaver is enabled on. Then put the screen saver timeout grace period for a shorter time. Also get a app called Xsetup Pro. With it you can tweak windows and enable features like lock workstation on start menu * +
