I have tune up 2010 and my ram usage is 22 - 27 percent on idle. Cpu usage 0 - 3 percent. Windows 7 home premium 32bit. 2.2 dual core, 2 gig ram 1 terabyte hdd. 38 programs installed. I think u should reinstall and reconfigure your profile. *
