yes I know its build in but it doesn't make a deference what Windows are you using and do you have drivers install for the Bluetooth because if its Windows 7 the Bluetooth software only works for a short wile and then expires so then you should get drivers for your bluetooth * +

just try to get the model of your build in bluetooth and see if you can find some software on the internet for it I think it would sort out your problem hope it helps *
