i got a sata hdd in my pc..and my friend 2 and i tested the ide hdd in both..it only is 20gig and got only few games on it and when i put it in the pc it doesnt show at my computer next 2 my C drive...but at devise manager it shows its picking it up..i tried everything..even add new hardware and its shows its working properly..can any1 plz help? * +

You may have to enable it through bios settings . * +

right click My Computer, hit Manage and give it a drive letter. Don't format it unless you want to lose all the stuff on it. * +

It doesnt show next 2 my c drive and i went 2 bios..everything is working and enabled..i put a other hdd in and it shows as D drive next 2 my c drive..thats whats trange and only this hdd doesnt show there..so what could be wrong? * +

Right click in disk management see if its active. Then use tweak ui and see if your drives arent set to hidden in explorer * +

where do i do that?why does the other ide show as d drive but when i put the other 1 inside same place it doesnt? *
