your fooling yourself if you think m.s essentials is any good. its average at best. as for the pw your installing either old versions or wrong bit version, if you have 32bit o.s. then you need 32bit apps if you have 64bit then some antiviruses need to be 64bit versions although a lot of 32bit 1s will still install. also if you have win 7 then you will need the win 7 version the xp version may not * +
