becoz most of the worms try to save itself in restore file so even if deleted by AV ..they get restored * +

you can turn it back on after uv done scanning , i suggest eset nod 32 malwarebytes anti malware combo.. Theres alsoa nice kaspersky removal tool for win32 viruses * +
