Sounds like you have a trojan rootkit hijack worm . Back up any must have data . Then try windows malicous tool remover . If no luck after re-boot you need to search the web for a free disk wipe program and re-install windows . Good luck . * +

run avira rescue cd......download it from avira.com burn it to a cd,reboot your pc,enter boot menu,select boot from cd option,insert disc and follow instructions.....it may work * +

wuauclt.exe, Werfault.exe are windows auto update programs and consent.exe is part of th (uac) user account control. if you can go to Kaspersky free online scanner and or download avira antivir free and use that. * +
