Can any1 link me with youtube url for steps for installing intel stock cpu fan probably with extrean close up. I have managed to unlock it and bring it out so as to clean it . I cleaned it. And now while installing I m just not able to lock it back. Out of four only 2 lock fits in other wont budge to get lock in. * +

Should I run pc with that two locks open ? And does taking out fan void's warranty. Even if it dont void warranty , the person I should call will make me listen to many words as my pc is under warranty 8( * +

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVVbjSg_iwkfeature=related ..I'm guessing your fan is the 4 corner push one like the video. Also, they do require some force to fit in so don't be scared about giving them a good push. Obviously don't get carried away though cause you may crack the board. * +

No, don't run PC without the cpu fan securely fitted. Its there to disperse heat and without it being able to do its job properly you'll only end up running into trouble. * +

yes, you can push quite hard on those clips. Mine feel like they gonna snap my motherboard in half before they lock. Lol * +
