Using Norton 2010 on xp, had No problems until cuple week's ago, nw nearly every time I do a full scan it reboots my pc aftr 40mins or so, any ideas. Tnxs. * +

Whats your pc configuration.. It must be a worm which must have replaced your system files. I think you should try doing windows repair using xp cd after backing up your imp data. * +

And the Norton is not such a excellent antivirus, pls use McaAfee, Avira, Nod32 etc, these r the best * +

How many programs are you running ? Also go to bios after reboot and check your chip temps . * +

The problem was Google Chrome, removed it and now everything is working fine, very strange. Tnxs all. * +
