you can run it but the multiplayer wont be at playable fps. the single player is less demanding i guess you will be playing at 8/6 or 10/7 ... when playing open the console (look in the options to turn it on) by pressing the tild key (above tab next to the 1 key) now type /cg_drawfps 1 this will put an fps counter in the top of the screen which will read between 1 and 30 fps or there abouts. * +

when you start seeing explosions, lots of smoke and lots of enemy your fps will drop. and from about halfway through the missions your fps will drop to unplayable. * +

Minimum requirements: CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, AMD Athlon 64 2800+ processor or any 1.8Ghz Dual Core Processor or better. RAM: 512MB RAM (768MB for Windows Vista) HD: 8GB Free SPace * +

the 6200 is almost as powerfull as a 6600le which just passes minimum spec so dont be suprised if the game is just playable. * +

but even the 6600le dosent have enough grunt to make the multiplayer viable... 14-35 fps maximum. * +
