and passwords... most trojans are there for malitious intent, some are made just to prove that they can get past your defences (sort of a test of a hackers abilitys), others mine information like yer site paswords and credit card numbers... realy there are as many reasons for them as uses. * +

luckily most are easy to get rid of. keep yer av and other scanning software up to date and you shouldnt have to many problems as long as you surf safe. * +

trojans create backdoors for other malware. You find alot of them hinding in cracks and i dont mean your arse *
