my windows 7 is also oem and cost 70 quid i can either use it as an upgrade disk from xp or a fresh install disk and it has to be activated over the net. when installed. * +

Why you just backup the wba.dbl. When installing or repairing just overwrite new one and windows is registered. OEM versions you need to phone in to register and hope your key is not blacklisted. That's what ms do and you can do f all about it * +
