at the top left of the page is the download link (CPU-Z 1.54 setup (english)) it should open a run/save/cancel box as soon as you click it just click save and save it to your desktop when do click run. when its installed and running click on the mainboard tab. in the motherboard section you will see manufacturer (mine shows gigabyte) this will show your's, under that it will show model * +

mine shows (ex-58-ud5) again this will show yours. now open google search for the manufacturer and go to its main site, there look under producs/motherboard click that and it should open a find model screen, in there you should be able to either search for your model or select it form a dropdown.. 1s found click on the drivers tab and it should ask for your o.s. select it and it should show what * +

drivers are avaialable (as you say its a hidef device its probably realtech, click and save the latest version to your desktop. now quit. open the control pannel and go to program managment and uninstall the sound driver (should be (realtech hidef audio) now reboot your machine. when it restarts it may say new hardware found/ installing drivers. let that finish. 1s don run the setup file for the * +

audio that you just downloaded, your speakers should then show up propely as the driver should auto configure or at least be set to default... to see if you have sound reboot the system and you should hear the windows closing audio. * +
