I think their are some options to increase vRAM by using hard disk. But wont be of lot improvement. But a little bit. * +

Shared memory reduce rather than increase performance. If your card is not supported by software or make it as a minimum spec then its no use tweaking anywhere * +

Depends what games you playing? Turn off anything thats not needed and using up ram. Google Game Booster and try that maybee? * +
