you can but you need to keep track of registry entries of the game during installation.than create a batch file to write those settings into the other pc registry after the files are copied.hardware/software independent games should be able to run without problems and scence 99 percent of world pc games only depend on your o/s,you wont have a problem if the other pc has the same os. * +

however,before applying settings in registry you should first run the game on another pc to check out will it restore all reg entries by itself (this doesnt include custom settings and save games),if it reports errors,you gonna have to use the batch.example devil may cry or gta would restore the registry without batch,however sims3 requires manual insertion of those registry entries. * +

games that run without batch files usually dont care about the o/s.so simply copy the files to another pc,if u get an error,use revo uninstaller to get the list of reg entries used by the game,export tham all,create a batch file to insert tham in registry,run it,if u get another error,the game is hardware or software dependent and requires complete reinstallation * +

Simple answer.. No. You would probably have trouble pw. You can just export the .reg entries and edit if needed but it would probably be difficult for you. * +

Actually you can. Borderlands, Crysis, Red Faction, Shift, Oblivion, Resident Evil 5 are some of the games that you can just copy the installated files to another computer and it'll work just as well. Except you must adjust settings in the game again according to your PC specs. * +
