if its yours,and no document bounds you not to,than you can,however if you are subscribed to their services for a certain amount of time,and the subscription cant end untill it expires,than even if you do so,you will still need to pay to optus,of course *

normally you should be able to use it with any 3g network,with the right settings,just like u use a mobile device supporting 3g *
