open the task manager if it says idel 99-100 percent it means the cpu is idle 100 percent ie not being used. * +

its ment to be when the pc is doing nothing., open task manager and then leave it open, now run another application and look at the cpu idle usage. it should drop to 75 percent or less then when you close the app it should read 100 percent idle again, look here... * +
