because when i add files to windows dvd maker then when i click burn it says no dvd burner found ! * +

i restored my laptop back a week and the burner worked buu then i pluged in my 3 dongle,after i did that the burner stopped working !. strange * +

1 things for sure is i'll never get anythin fa pcturds again, i evin called the techguys to c if i was still covered and they said i was till 18th may evin thou pcworld said it was canceled.i did cancel it just be4 i took my toshiba back for the 3rd time and when i got the dell as a replacement for the toshiba they put it back on without telling me. only found out i had it when i checked my bank so pcworld were going to charge me 142pound 4 to fix my usb port. *
