i've just moved home and bt say they cant put my broadband on as there is a tap on it or somethin and wont b on till m11th may so dis any1 no y this is? 1 other thing is i went 2 plug my 3 dongle into my dell laptop and the connection went rite back and wont work so will pc prats at pcworld b able 2 fix it in store or have to send it away?. i had a toshiba but had it replaced with this 1 as had 3 dif probs with it. thanx in advance * +

if the dongles broke and under warranty i think they will just give you a new one . * +

i bought a dfi lanparty motherboard from there once and it died 10 months after i bought it.they gave me a no questions ask replacment . didnt even take it out the box * +

if u look in to the connection u should c a thin black bit of plastic,well thats rite back so looks broke to me * +
