i dont really use free stuff because i like to have a support team to moan at when things go wrong lol so i use kaspersky internet security its about 25 quid for a years licence * +

i have put this combo on other ppls laptops tho . antivirus is avira http://www.free-av.com/ and firewall is outpost http://free.agnitum.com/ and on demand malware scanner a - squared http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/ * +
