Hi. I hear there's a webcam software that allows picture images to be streamed like a real video webcam is that true? If it is can online genius on here tell me where i can go to download it for free? I can't afford a webcam for now but that should get the job done as i have loads of personal pictures i could use. isnt there apps for mobiles that turn your phones cam into a webcam ? surely thats more useful * +

magic camera or e2esof vcam. its allow pic or video recording to be stream as real webcam. but its not free * +
